12-course Asian-influenced tasting menu by former chef for French Laundry & Benu. Cured tuna belly & shrimp chiffon are clear winners. Decor feels incomplete, but whimsical dishes distract from that.

Mosu’s 12-course, $195 prix fixe menu includes things like sea moss and foie gras soup; a plated dish of grilled geoduck; and a dessert of toasted rice ice cream, black sesame and Grand Marnier.
