Kevin Bludso specializes in thick hunks of slow-cooked cow. There is a sweet, peppery sauce, but the beef ribs and the coarse sausage don't need it.

Best bbq in LA hands down. Everything from the ribs and sliced brisket, to the sides and deserts. Hey folks, it's finga lickin GOOD.
